The company was established by the Managing Director – Mr Steven Chong in 1987 with its core business in providing top quality printing media. Operating from our 12,000 sq. ft. head office located in Kallang Avenue, Mapletree Industrial Estate, you will be able to view the entire range of products we carry in our website : www.bitsnbytes.com.sg With steady growth over the years, We expanded our business into Malaysia in year 1999. A branch was therefore set up at Puchong, Selangor offers similar range of products and service.
Bits & Bytes Marketing Pte Ltd’s core business is the provisioning of top quality printing media, Office Automation & Stationery. Our papers, registered and marketed under our Trademarks DataRoll® (uncoated paper roll) and DataJet® (inkjet coated paper) are converted in-house and supplied to our customers directly. With the ability of converting the paper in-house enable us to customize the paper rolls into a variety of sizes. Both DataRoll® and DataJet® consist a wide variety of premium paper with DataRoll® mainly catering for CAD plotting and engineering plan printing and DataJet® catering for inkjet proofing, large format printing, fine art and photographic reproduction (both indoor and outdoor).
In year 2000, we onboard to provides Colour Management services for the printing industries, And in year 2003 We become the first distributor in Asia to use GMG as a colour proofing software to help our client to ensure the accuracy of colour. Being a member of the Fogra PSO Certification Partner, our certified consultants are trained to provide expert advice and solution of international standard. Another quality product we provide is ColorGate Production Server solution. It has a complete range of product offering from Digital Printing to Proofing to Film Production and solutions for photographers. Both GMG and ColorGate Production Server solutions are the essential tools in helping our clients to improve and maintain their process for the production of printed matter in order to remain internationally competitive.
Our solution applies to all stages of the printing workflow from creation to pre-press and to press room. We specializes in colour management, digital proofing solutions, imaging & pressroom measuring devices, control lighting systems, marketing of large format printers, graphic inkjet/CAD media and print consultancy to ISO printing standard. Our expertise also covers output devices calibration as well as soft proofing.
Our aim for the printing industries is to introduce a well-defined colour standard which can be accepted globally and reach out to more printers in both Singapore and Malaysia.
